Refund policy

Since we deal in personal hygiene products and once the product is delivered, it cannot be exchanged, returned or cancelled. But the order can be cancelled only until it is shipped.

Refunds

We will notify you once your order is cancelled and the amount will be automatically refunded to your original payment method. Please note that it may take 5-7 working days for your bank or credit card company to process and reflect the refund.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order immediately upon receiving and contact us if it is defective, damaged or if you received a wrong item within 2 hrs so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right for you.
